About

HKUST-DNN_DA forecasts COVID-19 trends at state level using deep neural networks. Based on observations of deaths and cases since the outbreak [1], our models are trained to predict state-level weekly incident cases in Germany. Training processes are enhanced by specially designed data augmentation on observed data.
